Certification of Cancer Centres to Facilitate SHA Contracting
Healthcare facilities intending to offer cancer services to SHA beneficiaries must obtain valid NCI certification and update their records to facilitate verification and complete the contracting process.
- Verify current NCI certification and the approved scope of cancer services.
- Detail specific oncology services proposed for SHA contracting, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgical oncology.
- Update records regarding relevant infrastructure, operational equipment, and qualified personnel. Uncertified facilities must immediately contact NCI for assessment and certification.
